Spinach Salad With Lemon Dressing
Ingredients
60 gr spinach
1 clove
4 gr sugar
1 lemon rind
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
1 gr paprika
45 ml lemon juice
45 ml sour cream
120 ml oil
Instructions
Blend all ingredients except spinach for 15 seconds. Toss with spinach and serve.
