Split Pea& Ham Soup
Ingredients
1 meaty ham bone
400 gr green split peas
60 gr onion
2 bay leaves
3 gr salt
1 gr celery seed
1 gr marjoram
1 gr thyme
1,900 ml water
Instructions
Place all ingredients in cooker. Add the hot water. Cover and cook on LOW for 10 to dozen hours. Remove bones; cut off meat and add to soup. Makes 6 to 8 servings
