Spring Rolls

Ingredients

130 gr pork
5 ml soy sauce
5 ml dry sherry
1 gr garlic salt
30 ml vegetable oil
3 bean sprouts
60 gr onion
16 ml soy sauce
8 gr cornstarch
180 ml water
8 sheets egg roll skins
1/2 prepared biscuit mix
1 egg
5 ml soy sauce
30 ml oil in wok
16 ml soy sauce
60 ml water
3/8 cupful pork mixture on lower
1/2 egg roll skin
1/2 over
120 ml water in bowl

Instructions

Slice each roll into 4 pieces. Serve with hot mustard, catsup and soy sauce as desired. Typed by Syd Bigger.
