Springtime Potatoes

Ingredients

425 gr potatoes
50 gr cucumber
12 gr green onion
18 gr green pepper
14 gr radishes
1 gr salt
120 ml sour cream

Instructions

Wash and scrape potatoes; cook until tender in boiling, salted water; drain. Combine remaining ingredients. Heat, but do not boil. Pour sour cream mixture over hot potatoes. Mrs. Louis Radaj
