Squash Casserole

Ingredients

2 squash
1 piminto
2 onions
2 packages peppridge farm stuffing mix
240 ml sour cream
1 package cream chicken soup
4 carrots
1 stick of butter

Instructions

Cook squash in salted water and drain. Mash. Mix allother ingredients with squash except half stuffing mix.

Note: Half the stuffing to begin with. Mix half thestuffing mix with the butter. Line casserole dishwith part of butter mix. Fill with filling and topwith rest of butter mix. Cook 180ÂșC or 40minutes.
