Squash Lasagna

Ingredients

1 squash
250 gr zucchini
1 gr salt
34 gr butter
130 gr italian sausage
350 ml spaghetti sauce
60 gr monterey jack cheese
190 gr cottage cheese
20 gr parmesan cheese
28 gr bread crumbs
1/2 salt and pepper
1/2 vegetables
7 inck baking dish

Instructions
