Squid With Saffron Sauce
Ingredients
some pepper to tas
8 squid
5 ml extra-virgin olive oil
2 onion
2 garlic clove
2 egg yolks
40 gr parmesan chee
110 gr smoked ham
1 gr parsley leaves
5 ml olive oil
240 ml dry wine
1 gr crumbled saffron threads
1 bay leaf
2 gr thyme
5 gr italian parsley leav
1 with a toothpick
Instructions
seasoning and baste frequently. Remove the bay leaf, sprinkle the squid with the parsley, and serve.
