1 gr salt
65 gr suet
240 ml water
450 gr shin of beef
16 gr flour seasoned w
130 gr pork sausagemeat
2 onions
18 gr marmite
60 ml water
2 pudding basin

Instructions

boiling water. STEAK AND KIDNEY PUDDING: Make in exactly the same way as the Steak and Sausage Pudding but use 8 ounces chopped ox kidney instead of the sausagemeat.
