Steak Roll

Ingredients

400 gr round steak
30 gr onion
55 gr butter
2 bread
50 gr celery
2 gr parsley flakes
1 gr salt
1/2 poultry seasoning
1 gr pepper
130 gr all purpose flour
30 ml cooking oil
300 ml ca condensed cream of mushroom soup
325 ml water
4 ml browning sauce

Instructions

Pound steak to one third in. thickness. Cut into six pieces. Combine the next eight ingredients; mix well. Place one third cup on each piece of steak; roll up and fasten with a toothpick. Roll in flour. In a large skillet, brown roll-ups in oil. Combine soup, water and browning sauce if desired; pour over roll-ups. Cover and simmer for 2 hours or until meat is tender, turning occasionally.
