Steamed Mussels With Creamy Fish Filling

Ingredients

30 ml oil
1 onion
10 gr ginger
1 clove garlic
1 stem lemon grass
3 gr shrimp paste
500 fish fillets
1 egg
16 ml cream
2 gr basil
2 slices chillies
1 scrub mussels
2 heat oil in
3 blend
1 fish mixture
4 just before

Instructions
