Steve Wariner's Meat And Cheese Pie

Ingredients

230 gr chuck
120 ml mayonnaise
120 ml milk
2 eggs
16 gr flour
85 gr cheddar cheese
90 gr swiss cheese
45 gr green onions
1 pie crust

Instructions

Brown ground chuck in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Combine mayonnaise, milk, eggs, and flour in bowl; mix until smooth. Stir in browned beef, cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper. Spoon into pie shell. Bake at 180ºC for 35 to 40 minutes or until crust is brown. ----
