Stir-fried Beef With Orange

Ingredients

350 gr beef
20 ml dark soy sauce
10 ml rice wine
2 gr ginger root
3 gr cornstarch
7 ml sesame oil
80 ml oil
2 chiles
6 gr coarsely orange peel
4 gr soaked
1 gr sichuan peppercorns
1 gr salt
4 gr sugar
2 long
5 ml sesame oil
1 reheat the over a high heat

Instructions

the rest of the ingredients and stir-fry for 4 minutes, mixing well. Serve the dish at once. ----
