90 ml vegetable oil 4 garlic 2 soy bean paste 3 gr pepper 2 tomatoes 2 slices chilies 120 gr spinach
Instructions
Heat the oil in a wok & stir-fry the garlic, soy bean paste, pepper, tomatoes & chilies for 1 minute. Add the spinach & cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve hot & do not overcook.
