Stir-fried Tofu Or Beef With Onions

Ingredients

1 none
475 gr tofu extra firm
60 ml oil
16 ml pale dry sherry
2 slices ginger root
1 gr salt
1 onion
3 garlic
30 ml soy sauce
4 gr cornstarch
4 gr sugar
3 stock
260 gr flank steak which was against
7 ml oil in a shallow dish
7 pm heat
38 ml remaining oil in a wok

Instructions

colander, and let drain. You can use the oil left in pan if it is enough. Heat wok again. When it is very hot, add the tofu or steak and garlic. Stir-fry the tofu or steak and garlic in the oil for until brown. Mix in the onion and ginger and stir-fry for a minute.
