Strawberries Romanoff Muffins

Ingredients

3 ozs
1 gr cinnamon nutmeg
240 ml sour cream
4 english muffins
1 1/2 pts strawberries
32 gr almonds

Instructions

In blender or food processor, puree raisins with cinnamon and nutmeg; add 2 tablespoons of the sour cream and blend until combined. Spread raisin mixture on muffins. Arrange strawberries on top. Combine remaining sour cream and brown sugar, spoon over strawberries. Sprinkle with Almonds From the files of Al Rice, North Pole Alaska. Feb 1994
