Strawberry Pastries With Vanilla Custard

Ingredients

50 gr powdered sugar
600 gr strawberries
1 vanilla bean
3 egg yolks
26 gr granulated sugar
120 ml whipping cream

Instructions

soft peaks form. Add to vanilla custard. Spread over half of the baked pastries. Cover with sliced strawberries. Top with second half of pastries. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve.
