Strufoli

Ingredients

4 eggs
50 gr sugar
4 gr vanilla extract
3 gr cinnamon
14 gr margarine
325 gr flour
120 ml honey
1 at a time
65 gr flour be added if necessary to make a smooth dough
2 1/2 oil in the bottom

Instructions

bowl and drizzle honey over them, gently tossing. Arrange on a large platter and sprinkle with confetti. (Shape into a mound on a large flat dish or into a wreath.) Formatted by Lynn Thomas DCQP82A ----
