Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients

10 refrigerated pizza dough
7 string cheese
120 ml pizza sauce
20 slices pepperoni
110 gr mozzarella cheese

Instructions

1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease 13x9 inch pan. Unroll dough and press in bottom and 3 cm up sides of greased pan. Place pieces of string cheese along the inside edges of dough. Fold the 3 cm of dough over and around the cheese; press dough edges to seal. Top the crust with sauce, pepperoni and cheese.

2. Bake at 220ÂșC or 15 to 18 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Makes 6 servings. Typed by Lynn Thomas.
