Stuffed Cucumbers

Ingredients

85 gr smoked pork loin
16 gr bacon
150 gr beef
12 gr garlic
45 gr shallots
80 gr parsley

Instructions

chopped fresh tarragon, 1 tablespoon paprika and salt and pepper. Break two eggs into the bowl and stir the mixture until wellblended.
