Stuffed-date Cookies

Ingredients

75 gr butter
4 gr vanilla extract
170 gr brown sugar
1 egg
160 gr sifted flour
1 gr salt
1 gr baking powder
2 gr baking soda
120 ml sour cream
36 pitted dates
36 walnut
28 gr butter
200 gr powdered sugar
4 gr vanilla
16 ml sour cream

Instructions

Cream butter and vanilla; gradually beat in sugar. Add egg and beat until light. Sift dry ingredients, and add alternately with sour cream. Stuff dates with walnut halves, and roll in dough. When well covered, drop from a fork onto a well-greased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 200ÂșC oven for about 10 minutes. When cold, spread with icing. ICING: Blend ingredients together. ----
