Ingredients

3 lamb shoulder
130 gr bulk sausage
1 onion
2 gr parsley
1 gr leaf marjoram
1 gr leaf basil
1 clove garlic
1 slice onion
2 slices stalks celery
2 slices carrots
1 salt and pepper
8 trim all excess fat from lamb shoulder

Instructions

Serve lamb sliced, with the natural juices poured over vegetables and meat.
