Stuffed Meat Loaf I
Ingredients
900 gr beef
80 gr parmesan cheese
2 garlic
6 leaves parsley
160 gr bread crumbs
2 eggs
120 ml water
110 gr mozzarella
1 four tomato sauce mix all ingredients except mozzarella
Instructions
Heat oil in a large fry pan and brown meat loaf on all sides. Gently lift out and place in simmering tomato sauce to cook slowly 30-45 minutes on low heat. Serve sliced with pasta or rice.
