Stuffed Pepper Soup
Ingredients
900 gr beef
800 ml tomato sauce
525 gr tomatoes
240 gr long rice
270 gr green bell pepper
2 beef bouillon cube
55 gr brown sugar
6 gr salt
3 gr pepper
Instructions
In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, brown beef; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes.
