Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

8 green bell peppers
80 gr mushrooms
16 gr green onion
8 gr garlic
2 gr ginger
1 gr pepper
1 gr sugar
4 gr cornstarch dissolved in
16 ml water
2 chili peppers

Instructions

Before serving, brush the peppers with oil to make them shine & sprinkle with the chili peppers. Serve hot or at room temperature.
