Stuffed Steak Roll
Ingredients
1/2 top round
26 ml water
14 gr butter
75 gr cornbread stuffing mix
24 gr carrot
2 slices green onions
12 gr kitchen bouquet
9 gr butter
5 gr unbleached flour
120 ml water
10 ml dry sherry
2 ml instant beef bouillon
1/4 thickness
4 measure micro cook
26 ml water
14 gr butter

1/2 edge of the mea roll up jelly-roll style starting with the narrow end
6 gr kitchen bouque brush over the meat roll
120 ml water
5 gr kitchen bouquet
Instructions
every 30 seconds. Slice meat roll into 1 cm thick slices. Remove string or wooden picks. Serve sauce with meat. ----
