55 gr butter 200 gr sugar 1 egg 130 gr flour 5 gr baking soda 3 gr cinnamon 1 gr nutmeg 4 gr vanilla 270 gr apples 70 gr nuts
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar; add egg; sift in dry ingredients. Add vanilla, nuts, and apples. Bake in 20 cm square pan for 35-40 minutes. Serve with topping of whipped cream or ice cream. Mrs Harold T. Cook
