Blend butter and sugar. Add egg and beat well. Add dry ingredients and blend well. Roll into 3 cm rolls and place in waxed paper, chill in refrigerator until firm. Slice into 1 cm slices. Sprinkle top with sugar and a dash of nutmeg. Bake at 180ºC F for 10-12 min. Margaret Garland DFYX18A
