Sugar-free Pudding Cookies

Ingredients

1 package sugarfree instant
1 bisquick
60 ml oil
1 egg

Instructions

Mix dry ingredients together, then add wet. Shape into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Push your thumb into each one to flatten a little. (I am going to try crisscrossing some fork lines ala peanut butter cookies the next time I bake these). Bake at 180ÂșC or about 5-8 min. ----
