Sugared Muffins

Ingredients

450 gr corn bread mix
180 ml water
55 gr packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 blueberries
38 gr granulated sugar
1 gr cinnamon
28 gr butter
2,600 gr muffin stir corn bread mix
5/8 full

Instructions

Bake until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon; dip tops of muffins into butter, then into sugar-cinnamon mixture. 1 dozen muffins.
