Sugarless Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

220 gr flour
1 gr salt
14 gr baking powder
1 gr cinnamon
1 gr nutmeg
2 eggs
60 ml vegetable oil
180 ml orange juice
2 gr orange
1 blueberries
5 gr flour

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, salt , baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg. Preheat oven to 200ÂșC . In a small bowl, beat eggs lightly, add the oil, orange juice and grated rind, and add this mixture to the flour mixture.Before the flour and liquid ingredients are fully combine, fld in the blueberries, stirring gently.
