Sukiyaki

Ingredients

260 gr round steak
120 ml beef bouillon
10 ml soy sauce
40 gr mushrooms
16 gr spinach
16 ml peanut oil
75 gr celery
90 gr onion
1 rice

Instructions

Cut steaks across grain into diagonal strips about 8 cm long. Combine butter and soy sauce. Heat oil in a large skillet and brown the meat. Add bouillon mixture and push meat to one side. Add celery, mushrooms and onions; Cook and stir for about 4 minutes. Add the spinach anc cook about 2 minute more. Serve on rice.
