Summer-speedy Rice Pudding

Ingredients

1 rice
1 lowfat yogurt
30 ml honey
1 gr cinnamon
230 gr strawberries

Instructions

Bluesberries Raspberries; chopped Peaches;or combination Cook rice according to pkg directions; drain Cut bag open and empty into medium bowl; cool to room temp. Stir in yogurt, honey and cinnamon; cover and chill. Just before serving, layer with or stir in fruit. Makes 4 servings, about 3.5 cups pudding.
