Sunny Apricot Marbles

Ingredients

270 gr sun apricots
1/2 pecans
60 gr unsweetened coconut flakes
1/4 pre am bits o barley
30 ml lemon juice
30 ml honey

Instructions

Chopped nuts for rolling Put apricots, pecans, coconut and precooked Bits-O-Barley through blender. Remove from blender container and pour into a mixing bowl. Add lemon juice and honey. Shape into balls and roll in extra chopped nuts. Refrigerate.
