Sunny Lemon Pie
Ingredients
1 crust
9 pies
6 eggs
2 egg yolks
240 ml lemon juice
6 lemons
120 ml orange juice
1 orange
300 gr sugar
240 ml cream
4 gr vanilla extract
1 gr lemon zest speck of salt
1 beat the eggs
1 cool thoroughly on a rack before servin
