Surprise Tea Cakes/microwave

Ingredients

230 gr butter
1 egg
4 gr vanilla
100 gr powdered sugar
290 gr all purpose flour
140 gr nuts
1 package hersheys kisses

Instructions

Powdered sugar Setting: Defrost. Place butter in a small glass mixing bowl. Microwave for about 1- half minutes or until softened. Beat in egg, vanilla and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in flour and nuts. Make teacakes by shaping 1 tablespoon. dough around 1 unwrapped kiss. Arrange dozen teacakes on wax paper in oven, 3 cm apart. Microwave for 5 to 6 minutes or until no longer doughy. Roll in powdered sugar and cool. NOTE: if dough has been refrigerated, increase cooking time about 1 min. Note #2: This is a simple, quick, and easy recipe for cookies. The children will love to help with this one. ----
