Swedish Coconut Cookies

Ingredients

450 gr all purpose flour
400 gr sugar
450 gr butter
14 gr baking powder
5 gr baking soda
4 gr vanilla
80 gr coconut

Instructions

into a 12x2-inch roll. Wrap in waxed paper. Refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hours. Heat oven to 350. Cut rolls into 1 cm slices. Place 5 cm apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 9 to 14 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove. Makes about 8 dozen cookies. ----
