Swedish Rye, Aunt Milly Swedenborg's
Ingredients
240 ml water
14 gr butter
30 ml molasses
12 gr orange rind
28 gr brown sugar
32 gr powdered milk
3 gr salt
1 gluten
130 gr rye flour pumperknickel
250 gr bread flour
9 gr yeast
