1 pie crust 60 ml evaporated milk 90 gr onions 3 eggs 110 gr ham 120 ml sour cream 45 gr butter 120 gr crumbled bacon 190 gr mild american cheese 120 gr swiss cheese 120 gr caraway seed cheese
Instructions
Melt butter in skillet; saute onions and ham until done. Place in bottom of unbaked pie crust. Mix cheese, milk, eggs, and sour cream and pour over onion and ham mixture. Bake at 180ÂșC or 30 minutes; garnish with crumbled bacon.
