900 gr sweet potatoes 400 gr sugar 10 gr cinnamon 3 gr salt 240 ml evaporated milk 220 gr butter 2 eggs 9 gr vanilla 9 pie crusts
Instructions
Boil sweet potatoes 30-40 minutes. Peel. Beat potatoes, butter and salt with mixer; add other ingredients, beating after each addition. Pour into crusts and bake at 180ÂșC or 30 minutes or until firm. Serve with whipped cream or Cool-Whip.
