Sweet Potatoes In Applesauce

Ingredients

1 package sweet potaotes
1 gr salt
1 package applesauce
55 gr brown sugar
14 gr butter
1 gr nutmeg

Instructions

Place sweet potatoes in a 1 litre casserole. Sprinkle with salt. Spoon applesauce over potatoes. Sprinkle with brown sugar; dot with butter. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 190ºC or 30 to 35 minutes. SOURCE: Southern Living Magazine, June, 1974. Typed for you by Nancy Coleman.
