300 ml ketchup 180 ml water 60 ml honey 30 ml worcestershire sauce 20 ml lemon juice 6 back ribs 1 onion 1 gr salt 1 gr pepper
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except ribs. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Prepare a charcoal grill, and cook ribs for one hour over medium-hot coals, turning occasionally. Brush ribs with sauce. Turn and cook for 20 minutes or longer until done.
