Sweet-sour Kraut And Chops

Ingredients

60 gr onion
6 pork chops
30 ml cooking oil
1 package sauerkraut
28 gr brown sugar
1 gr salt
2 slices baking dish combine potato
60 ml water
350 till nearly tender

Instructions

Meanwhile, in a skillet brown pork chops on both sides in hot oil. In a bowl combine sauerkraut, undrained pineapple, and brown sugar. Spoon over potato mixture. Place chops atop. Season with salt and pepper. Bake, covered, 45 minutes longer.
