Sweet-tart Berry Jelly

Ingredients

50 gr diet lemon gelatin
3 env
240 ml boiling water
240 ml water
180 gr strawberries
1 gr salt

Instructions

*Sweetened, partially thawed. Empty gelatin into boil, pour on boiling water, stir until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water, strawberries, salt. Mix until berries completely thaw and separate. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours. 60 calories per serving.
