Swiss Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

240 ml water
230 gr butter
1 1/2 squares unsweetened
250 gr flour
400 gr sugar
5 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
2 eggs
120 ml sour cream
6 gr vanilla
120 gr walnuts
1 1/2 squares unsweetendd
600 gr confectioners sugar
75 ml milk

Instructions

In a saucepan, bring water, butter and chocolate to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from the heat; cool. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla; mix. Fold in walnuts. Pour into a greased 38 cm x 25 cm x 3 cm baking pan. Bake at 180ÂșC or 20-25 minutes or until brownies test done. Cool for 10 minutes. For icing, melt butter and chocolate. Place in a mixing bowl; mix in 1- half cups confectioners' sugar. Add milk, vanilla and remaining sugar; beat until smooth. Spread over warm brownies.
