Sylvie's Salad Dressing

Ingredients

350 ml yogurt
170 ml olive oil
1 juice of lemon
16 ml brown mustard
16 ml dijon mustard

Instructions

Salt to taste Pepper to taste Various herbs Mix all ingredients together. It should be the consistency of ranch dressing. If too thick, thin with more oil. Makes approximately 1- half cups, or about 24 servings. Nutritional analysis per serving: 72.6 calories; 7.4 grams fat; 0.9 milligrams cholesterol; 26.2 milligrams sodium; 90% of calories from fat.
