Taco Bean Salad

Ingredients

700 gr am pinto beans
30 ml unrefined olive oil
1 onion
1 green bell pepper
1 tomato
6 gr chili powder
1 gr cumin
1 gr cayenne pepper
1 gr oregano
1 gr sea salt
1 celery stalk
120 ml sour cream
1 ml tabasco sauce

Instructions

Soak beans overnight, then cook until tender. Drain. Combine all ingredients together and mix well. Serve with lettuce and corn chips.
