Tamale De Elote
Ingredients
120 ml milk
210 gr corn kernels
1 masa harina
200 gr butter
5 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
1/2 chiles poblanos
60 gr jack cheese
8 corn husks
2 increments
Instructions
cheese. Divide masa evenly between the corn husks, roll and tie tamales and steam for 30 minutes. Let cool slightly and serve.
