Tangy Banana Bars

Ingredients

220 gr brown sugar
110 gr margarine
1 apricot preserves
4 gr vanilla
2 eggs
220 gr all purpose flour
2 gr baking powder
2 gr baking soda
150 gr bananas
100 gr nuts

Instructions

Powdered sugar Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 23 cm pan. In large bowl, combine brown sugar, margarine, preserves, vanilla, and eggs; blend well. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. By hand, stir in remaining ingredients except powdered sugar; mix just until blended. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 180ÂșC or 30-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely; sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into bars. Makes 36 bars. 2 bars = 228 calories, 8 g fat.
