Tangy Spare Ribs

Ingredients

1,300 gr pork spare ribs
1 onion
50 gr celery
28 gr butter
240 ml ketchup
240 ml water
60 ml lemon juice
30 ml vinegar
28 gr brown sugar
16 ml worcestershire sauce
2 ml dry mustard
1/8 peper
1 gr chili powder

Instructions

Drain fat from the roasting pan. Pour sauce over ribs. Bake 1.5 hours longer or until meat is tender.
