Tangy Tomato Dip
Ingredients
120 ml ff yogurt
120 gr cottage cheese
60 ml tomato juice
7 gr onion flakes
1 ml dry mustard
5 ml lemon juice
30 ml catsup
5 ml soy sauce
Instructions
Sieve cottage cheese and fold in yogurt. Blend in mustard, soy sauce, catsup, tomato juice and onion flakes. Makes 2 cups.
